The form collects name, company/brand if available, Telegram, email, selected service, project description, link to existing app if available, screenshots / references / files and other relevant data. For Google Play services, Google Play Developer Account status is additionally requested.
Product type, required functionality, technical feasibility, compliance with Krepel Studio rules and sufficiency of information for assessment are checked. If the project is not suitable, this will be reported before payment.
Telegram is the main working channel. If the information from the form is sufficient, a long initial interview is not conducted — Krepel Studio proceeds to the formation of the agreed scope of work.
The specific service, functionality, screens, integrations, inclusions / exclusions, deliverables, terms, rules of editing, warranty / support, final price and everything that the client must provide are fixed. It is this document that becomes the basis of a specific order.
Krepel Studio sends exact amount, network and wallet address. The customer sends a screenshot of the payment, and the payment is considered received after the actual crediting of the full agreed amount.
All necessary assets, credentials and access must be provided before work starts. If the service includes Google Play, your Developer Account must be ready and verified. Once all prerequisites are met, Krepel Studio confirms the date of Official Project Start; deadlines are calculated from that date.
Depending on the service, it can be visual direction, Android-development, testing, Google Play materials, publication, update or App Care. Telegram is used for short approvals and progress communication.
For development, we hand over the source project and agreed release files and signing materials. For publication, we take the app through to production. Complete App Launch includes 30-Day Extended Launch Support after release. App Care continues throughout its paid term.

Krepel Studio develops Android apps of low and medium complexity: utilities, productivity apps, local trackers, calendars, scanners, calculators, file and system tools, media tools and other practical products. Supported capabilities include local data storage, GPS, NFC, Bluetooth, the camera, microphone, notifications, Billing, AdMob and other agreed Android features.
We do not develop games, health/medical or government apps, banking and fintech platforms, social networks, marketplaces, ride-hailing, large SaaS, online multiplayer and products based on a complex own backend or permanent large-scale server/cloud infrastructure.
Each project is checked before payment. If it does not meet our technical scope, we simply do not accept it.
Android app development costs $999. This fixed price applies to projects within Krepel Studio’s technical scope.
The package includes agreement on functionality, UX/UI, development, testing, 30 localizations, a launcher icon, a Privacy Policy, Billing or AdMob where needed, a production build and technical preparation of the app.
After completion, the client receives the complete source project, AAB, APK, keystore, unique assets and technical information for further work with the product.
No. Android App Development for $999 creates a completely ready-made app, but work in Google Play Console, Store Listing, testing, declarations, production submission and review are not included in this package.
For this, there is a separate service Full publication in Google Play for $499 or a comprehensive package Full launch of the app for $1,999.
The service includes preparation of Google Play materials, 8 screenshots, Feature Graphic, large-screen visual, short and full description, Store Listing settings, Privacy Policy, Data Safety, Content Rating, permissions and declarations, Billing setup, testing tracks, closed testing as needed, production release and work with review/rejection.
Krepel Studio supports the app until it is released to production.

For Full Google Play Publication or Complete App Launch, you must have your own ready, verified Google Play Developer Account.
Krepel Studio does not create an account, does not undergo verification instead of the client and does not pay the registration fee.
It depends on the project. Usually a description of the idea or existing app, required functionality, references or design wishes, and materials to be used in the product are required.
If external services are required, the client also provides the necessary access or credentials. Google Play publication requires a ready and verified Developer Account.
The exact list is recorded in Project Scope before starting work.
The typical term of basic Android App Development is 7–14 calendar days from Official Project Start.
30-Day Launch Guarantee is valid for the Full launch of the app: from Official Project Start to the actual production publication — a maximum of 30 calendar days according to the agreed terms.
The time when the work is blocked due to a delay of the client or an external platform through no fault of Krepel Studio is not counted towards the relevant deadline.
Official Project Start occurs after Project Scope has been agreed upon, 100% payment has been received, the client has provided all required materials and access, and other service-specific prerequisites have been met.
Krepel Studio separately confirms the date of Official Project Start. Deadlines are calculated from that date.
To agree visual direction Krepel Studio implements 1–3 real key screens. The client has up to 2 rounds of visual direction edits.
After the entire app is completed, there is another 1 final round of small edits within the agreed scope.
If the agreed function is implemented incorrectly or does not work, its correction is not considered an amendment and is performed without additional payment.
After full payment and final transfer, the client receives a specific app created for him, full source code and the right to independently use, publish, monetize, modify and develop the product.
Krepel Studio reserves the rights to its own universal templates, reusable components, general technical modules and architectural developments.

Standard handoff includes:
Signing passwords and other secret signing data are transferred separately from the main archive.
Payment is made 100% in advance in USDT.
After the Project Scope is agreed, Krepel Studio sends the exact amount, network and wallet address. You make the transfer and send a payment screenshot.
Payment is considered received only after actual crediting of the full agreed amount USDT.
Until Official Project Start, the customer can cancel the order. The payment received is refunded, but the actual blockchain/network fees and other withheld fees are not compensated.
After Official Project Start no refunds will be made just because the customer changed their mind or changed their priorities.
If Krepel Studio cannot fulfill the agreed obligation due to its own fault, the payment for the unperformed service or part of the work is returned. Detailed rules are defined in the Service Terms.
If the rejection is due to the implementation of Krepel Studio, declarations or submission, we correct the problem and resubmit the app within the relevant service.
If the reason relates to the client’s materials, Developer Account, incorrect information or another external blocker, the client must resolve that issue. Krepel Studio helps continue publication within the purchased service where possible.
For Full Google Play Publication, Krepel Studio guarantees an actual production release provided the client has completed all required actions and there is no external blocker caused by the client or their account.
If the app fails to be published due to our implementation or our submission work, 100% of the cost of the publication service is refunded.
It depends on the package purchased.
For Complete App Launch, 30 days of Extended Launch Support begin after the production release.
For regular services, subsequent changes after the end of the applicable warranty can be done via One-Time Update or App Care.
Yes, if the app was created by Krepel Studio.
For a separate upgrade, there is One-Time Update for $399. For continuous support and development — 6-Month App Care or 12-Month App Care.
This is one agreed release cycle for one app created by Krepel Studio.
Updates may include bug fixes, UI/UX, visual refresh, redesign of screens, texts and localizations, adaptation to new Android or Google Play requirements, changes to existing functionality, refactoring and addition of new functions.
The main limitation: the update should not transform the app into an actual new separate product.
Publication of this update is not automatically included in Google Play.
App Care provides long-term maintenance and development for up to 2 specific apps created by Krepel Studio.
It includes control of the relevance of Android and Google Play requirements, SDK/dependencies, bug fixes, optimization, UI/UX, new features, refactoring, redesign, monthly maintenance cycles and an unlimited number of client requests during the active period.
6-Month App Care costs $8,999, 12-Month App Care costs $14,999.
No. On the current model, One-Time Update and App Care are only available for apps created by Krepel Studio.
This allows us to work with a known architecture and not take on an unpredictable third-party codebase.
One App Care package covers a maximum of 2 specific Android apps created by Krepel Studio.
The covered apps are fixed at the start of the term. Creating a third, separate product is not included in App Care.
Yes.
During active App Care, Krepel Studio prepares releases as needed, updates the related declarations, Data Safety and Play Console settings, uploads the AAB and supports the review process.
The main working channel is Telegram.
Through it, clarifications, agreement of decisions, Project Scope, ongoing communication and communication of progress take place.
Email is used as an additional or backup channel for important messages and materials.

Krepel Studio does not require your personal Google account password when the necessary access can be granted through the standard mechanisms of Google Play Console, Google Cloud, Firebase, AdMob or another service.
Only the level of access that is really needed for the agreed work is granted.
Sensitive credentials are used only when they are needed for a specific project, and should not be made publicly available.
API keys and tokens are transferred in a separate agreed way. Signing secrets are not stored together with the main project archive.
After work ends, Krepel Studio does not retain sensitive credentials longer than needed, unless otherwise agreed for active support.
Yes.
After the final handoff, the client receives the source project and can independently continue development or transfer the product to another developer.
If a third-party developer changes the code and those changes cause a problem, Krepel Studio is not responsible for such problem.

Krepel Studio guarantees the performance of the agreed technical work, but cannot guarantee the number of downloads, active users, sales, profit, AdMob/Billing revenue, ranking, positions in Google Play, organic traffic or general commercial success.
These results depend on the market, product, users, marketing and algorithms of the platforms.
