The result is an actual production release of your finished app in Google Play.
From materials to release
We prepare visual and written materials, configure the app entry, handle required testing stages and support submission through production.
Your account must be ready.
You need your own ready, verified Google Play Developer Account before work begins.
Required prerequisites
Agreed scope, receipt of 100% payment, the finished app and all necessary materials, data and access. The studio separately confirms the official start date via Telegram or email.
You retain control
Account creation, registration fees and verification are excluded. Grant the required access using the service’s built-in tools; your personal Google Account password is unnecessary when access can be delegated.

Descriptions and Privacy Policy
Short Description and Full Description. We also create and publish a separate Privacy Policy page on Google Sites and add its URL in Play Console.
Play Console and production release.
Configuration, declarations, testing and submission form one agreed process.
App entry and Store Listing
We create or configure the app entry, upload the AAB, complete the Store Listing and configure release/testing tracks.
Declarations and monetization
Content Rating, Data Safety, permissions/declarations and Billing setup using the agreed Product IDs.
Testing and testers
Closed testing when required, tester organization through a third-party service or community, and production access. Testing costs are included within the agreed reserve of up to 1000 UAH per app.
Review and resubmission
Production release, technical/policy rejection handling when our implementation or submission caused the issue, and resubmissions when needed. We support the process through the actual production release.
A guarantee for the publication service.
Provided the client completes their required actions and no blocker beyond the studio’s responsibility prevents publication.
When the cause is our work
If production publication fails because of our implementation or Google Play submission work, we refund 100% of the Full Google Play Publication fee.
Development remains a completed service
The Android App Development fee is not refunded when the finished product and source code have already been handed over. Detailed refund conditions are set out in the agreed Service Terms.
Client and platform dependencies.
A temporary Google Play delay does not cancel the publication service.
The client or their account
The guarantee does not apply if verification is incomplete, required access is missing or revoked, the client deletes an app/release/track, changes critical settings, provides incorrect data or fails to complete required actions.
Client materials and platform rules
Violations caused by the client’s product, materials or actions, or another external blocker that makes publication objectively impossible beyond the studio’s responsibility, are outside the guarantee.
Review and external outages
An abnormally long review, outage or additional Google verification through no fault of Krepel Studio pauses the relevant timeline for the actual blocking period. Our implementation, declaration or submission errors do not justify a pause.
What the publication price excludes.
External accounts remain the client’s property and responsibility.
Accounts and external costs
We do not create or verify a Developer Account or pay its registration fee. Ongoing paid APIs, hosting/cloud plans and other third-party costs are not automatically included.
Development and business outcomes
App development or new features are arranged separately. Publication does not guarantee downloads, revenue, ratings, organic traffic or commercial success.
