Template License
Clear terms for using your source template, purchasing it and receiving help with original defects.
The product
These terms cover Paid Upfront Template, Free + Lifetime Pro Template and Complete Android Templates Bundle. They are Android Studio source foundations with README documentation, not finished apps. Home is intentionally empty; you add your features, branding and configuration.
Your commercial license
One purchase grants the buyer a perpetual, non-exclusive commercial license for unlimited own and client Android apps. You may modify all source code, UI/UX, architecture, assets, branding and business logic, and monetize your finished apps.
Client projects
You may charge for client development and hand over the full source of a specific finished client app. This does not permit handing over the original template ZIP or a reusable starter package for independent template use.
Template redistribution is prohibited
Do not resell, give away, sublicense or publicly distribute the template or its reusable modified form. This includes public repositories, downloads, mirrors, starter/boilerplate resale and resale bundles. Independent buyers, developers or companies may not share one purchase instead of buying separately.
Ownership
Krepel Studio retains rights to the original template, reusable base architecture and components, source product and documentation. You own your finished app and your own modifications, branding, assets, content and business logic. Krepel Studio may keep using and selling the same template.
No attribution required
Your finished apps do not need Krepel Studio branding, a logo, credits, a link or a “Powered by Krepel Studio” notice.
Updates and support
You receive the current product version. Future versions, SDK/Gradle/dependency updates, Android/Google Play/Billing/AdMob adaptations and personal development support are not included. Your features, setup, publication and third-party debugging remain your responsibility. Correcting a confirmed original defect reported within the warranty period remains covered even if the correction takes longer.
14-day original-bug warranty
The warranty starts at actual ZIP delivery and lasts 14 calendar days. Report an original-template defect to Krepel Studio within that period; a confirmed defect is corrected or a corrected version is supplied. Buyer changes, third-party code, incorrect setup, buyer APIs/IDs/credentials, Google Play configuration and new features are excluded.
Refund rules
Before delivery, cancellation follows the agreed payment arrangements. After source delivery, ordinary change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Exceptions: the wrong product, a corrupt file that cannot be correctly reissued, or a confirmed critical original defect that Krepel Studio cannot correct. These rules do not limit mandatory rights under applicable law.
Manual payment
Contact Krepel Studio in Telegram and name the product. The current wallet address is sent personally. Pay the full fixed amount in USDT (TRC20); transfer fees must not reduce the amount received. Delivery follows confirmation of actual receipt, not a payment screenshot alone. The website has no checkout or payment form.
What you receive
After payment is confirmed, Krepel Studio manually sends one ZIP containing the selected complete source project and README through the agreed channel. Bundle buyers receive two separate ZIPs, one for each project, with their documentation. There is no public or automatic source download.
Your app and Google Play
You are responsible for the final app, content, permissions, Privacy Policy, Data Safety, declarations, Play Console, production IDs, signing, ongoing maintenance and compliance. Future platform compatibility is not guaranteed. The purchase does not guarantee Play approval, publication, installs, purchases, advertising revenue, rankings, traffic, profit or commercial success.
License identification
The license belongs to the purchasing person or company. Purchase correspondence and confirmed payment identify the order. No activation keys, accounts, DRM, online license checks or telemetry are used.
