Convert hundreds or thousands of images and PDF documents into ready-to-use text files in a single batch. Bunch OCR is built for fast batch text recognition without forcing you to process every file one by one.

Select the images or PDFs you need, choose the output format, select a destination folder, and start OCR. The app processes files sequentially and turns recognized text into a format that is easy to use, edit, and manage.

Supported input formats:

JPG / JPEG

PNG

HEIC / HEIF

PDF

Output formats:

TXT

DOCX

Markdown (.md)

Bunch OCR is ideal for batch conversion of document photos, screenshots, scanned pages, reports, invoices, notes, archived materials, and PDFs into editable text.

Choose how your results are saved.

Separate files — each image is converted into its own text file, and every PDF page gets a separate output file.

One file — recognized text from all selected images and PDF pages is combined into a single document in the correct order.

Bunch OCR Pro unlocks full batch processing: select an entire folder and process any number of files in one run.

Instead of manually copying text or repeating the same OCR operation dozens of times, you get a simple workflow:

Select files or a folder

Choose TXT, DOCX, or Markdown

Choose the output mode

Select the destination folder

Start text recognition

Get ready-to-use text files

A single error does not have to stop the entire batch. Successfully recognized documents remain available, and after processing is complete you can review the results and open the folder containing the generated files.

Bunch OCR focuses on one task — quickly turning large numbers of images and PDFs into text. No complicated editors, unnecessary tools, or overloaded interface.

If you regularly need to extract text from photos, JPG, PNG, HEIC, or PDF files, process large document collections, and save the results as TXT, DOCX, or Markdown, Bunch OCR makes the process much simpler.
